About Us
| Febal
Cucine are leaders in the furnishing sector, both in Italy and throughout the
world. Febal has been working with the most famous Italian designers
for more than 40 years, to produce kitchens that are high quality, innovative
and stylish, yet with an attention to detail that will satisfy the desires
of any lifestyle. The company which today is known as Febal
Cucine,
was enrolled as an artisan business in the Pesaro Chamber of Commerce
Register on the 24th November 1959 by Sir Ermanno Ferri. Febal is now
a historical trademark in the sector of quality kitchens. It is a trademark
which, over the years, has been confirmed by many generations of customers,
from the years following the second world war, when Italians first discovered
the ‘American kitchen’, times in which every lifestyle must
find a suitable way of furnishing and making best use of the domestic
space dedicated to the preparation and consumption of meals.
In
1973, the business became a joint-stock company, and there began a constant
and exciting progression towards important targets. Just as traditional
mediaeval families had a motto beneath their crest of arms to guide
them, in the same way, for every initiative, Febal managers have always
followed their business philosophy: ‘Do differently to what others
have already done’. This idea has always been at the root of Febal’s
success. Many of the kitchens thought up by Febal have recently been
successful beyond all expectations, in particular the Cucina Bella in
1974, the Cucina Nonna Berta at the beginning of the 1980s, and the
Cucina Flipper in the 1990s. These have all left an indelible mark on
the world of Italian design. |

The Febal ‘Innovation’
kitchens denote a marked personality with importance given to technological
research, whilst the ‘Tradition’ kitchens are appreciated
for their obvious nearness to the traditional Marches cabinet makers.
Since the early 1970s, Febal has
employed all forms of mass media as marketing tools, as well as
given support to sporting and cultural initiatives.

The
model range is subdivided into ‘Innovation’ and ‘Tradition’,
both strongly characterised by high quality and image, designed to give
a choice and strengthened through specialisation. The Febal ‘Innovation’
kitchens denote a marked personality with importance given to technological
research, whilst the ‘Tradition’ kitchens are appreciated
for their obvious nearness to the traditional Marches cabinet makers.
Febal was one of the first unit kitchen producers to adopt the idea
of quality products and services, and thus obtain the UNI EN ISO 9001
certificate. The Febal aim of providing formally and technologically
high quality kitchens, makes the trademark very easily recognisable.
To this, we can add a productive policy that predicts, and therefore
complies with, market tendencies, with the creation of designs that
have survived the passing of time and inaugurated new planning directions.
In this field, great merit should be attributed to the collaboration
of recognised designers, and to a sensitivity to customer requirements.
The Febal image
has been consolidated through dynamic presentation of the product,
and through extensive publicity. Since the early 1970s, Febal has
employed all forms of mass media as marketing tools, as well as
given support to sporting and cultural initiatives. The first
investments in publicity found sport a natural means of
advertising, and one that corresponded with the clear intention to
hasten recognition of the trademark. The name ‘Febal’ has
appeared on the jerseys of the athletes of various sporting
disciplines: First, with the Pesaro Delfino Basketball team from
1973 to 1979 in series B, then it saw the 1983/1984 season with
the Naples Basketball team in series A1. In football, Febal
supported Bologna F.C. in series A from 1979 to 1981, and finally
in volleyball, with the representation of Arezzo in series A2. All
the various teams supported over the years have been those at the
top of the national categories |
